Product Advantages

01.Anticorrosive:17 years in heavy industrial areas.

02.Cheap:The cost of hot-dip galvanizing is lower than that of other coatings.

03.Reliable:The zinc coating is metallurgically bonded to the steel and forms part of the steel surface,so the coating is more durable.

04.Strong toughness:The galvanized layer forms a special metallurgical structure that can withstand mechanical damage during transportation and use.

05.Comprehensive protection:Every part of the plated piece can be galvanized, and is fully protected even in depressions, sharp corners, and hidden places.

06.Save time and energy:Galvanizing process is faster than other coating methods.

GB119 is a national standard for cylindrical pins.

Cylindrical pin is a common mechanical component mainly used for positioning, connecting, and transmitting power.

Cylindrical pins produced according to GB119 standards have clear regulations on dimensions, tolerances, materials, surface treatment, etc. to ensure consistency and reliability in their quality and performance.

The cylindrical pins specified in GB119 usually have high precision and good wear resistance, and are suitable for connection and positioning requirements in various mechanical devices and equipment.

There are many standards for cylindrical pins, and the following are some common standards:

GB/T 119.1-2000: This standard is called "Cylindrical Pin Non Quenched Steel and Austenitic Stainless Steel" (eqUV ISO 2338:1997), which specifies cylindrical pins with nominal diameter d=1-20mm, tolerance m6, and materials of non quenched steel and austenitic stainless steel.

GB/T 119.2-2000: "Cylindrical Pin Quenched Steel and Martensitic Stainless Steel" specifies cylindrical pins with nominal diameter d=1-20mm, tolerance m6, and made of quenched steel and martensitic stainless steel. The difference between these two standards lies in the heat treatment (quenching) and stainless steel material. Martensitic stainless steel can be quenched, while austenitic stainless steel cannot.

ISO 2338:1986: International standard that specifies requirements for cylindrical pins that have not been hardened.

ISO 8748:2007: specifies the relevant standards for heavy-duty elastic cylindrical pin rolling.

ISO 8751:2007: Standard for lightweight elastic cylindrical pin rolling.

ISO 8752:2009: Standard for heavy-duty slotted elastic cylindrical pins.

ISO 13337:1997: Relevant standards for elastic cylindrical pin slotting and lightweight.

ISO 8748:1997: Standard for elastic cylindrical pin rolling, heavy-duty.

ISO 8751:1997: Standard for flexible cylindrical pin rolling, lightweight.

ISO 8752:1997: Standard for slotted, heavy-duty elastic cylindrical pins.

ISO 8734:1987: Standard for cylindrical pin hardened locating pins.

ISO 8750:2007: Standard for elastic cylindrical pin rolling and standard type.

ISO 8750:1997: Another version of the standard for elastic cylindrical pin rolling and standard type.

DIN 7979: German standard that specifies the dimensions, materials, and technical requirements for internal threaded cylindrical pins.

ISO 8735:1987: Standard for hardened cylindrical pins with internal screw holes.

ISO 8733:1986: Standard for cylindrical pins with internal screw holes that have not been hardened.

KSB ISO 2338:2010: Korean standard, equivalent to the cylindrical pin standard of ISO 2338:2010.

KSB 1309-2000 (2020): Korean standard for internal threaded cylindrical pins.

KSB ISO 8748:2008 (2018): A Korean standard for heavy-duty elastic cylindrical pin rolling.

KSB ISO 8751:2008 (2018): A Korean standard for lightweight elastic cylindrical pin rolling.

KSB ISO 8750:2008 (2018): Korean standard for the standard type of elastic cylindrical pin roll.

QC/T 364-1999: Automotive industry standard, standard for knurled cylindrical pins.

JB/ZQ 4358-2006: Mechanical industry standard, standard for elastic cylindrical pi
